PRODUCTWhat are your clothes made from?
We use only the highest-quality materials to make our clothes. Our collection is mostly made from lyocell, which is excellent for sensitive skin as it keeps the skin dry, and the fibres feel soft and supple to the touch. All linings are made from 100% certified organic cotton, meaning that there are free from harmful chemicals or pesticides.
Organic cotton is grown without harmful chemicals, leaving the soil, air and water free from contaminates that cause harm. Organic cotton produces around 46% less CO2e compared to conventional cotton. There are strict global certifications that monitor the entire supply chain and ensure fair ecological and social practices.
At zimt&grün we produce all our linings from organic cotton, being soft and gentle even on sensitive skin.

SHIPPINGWhere do you ship from?
We ship all our orders from Bielefeld, Germany.
Custom charges may apply for international order outside the EU. Please check your local regulations, which vary widely from country to country and understand that we cannot be responsible for any import taxes or fees that might be added to your delivery.
It depends where you are located! For example, we ship german orders for free from 70€, otherwise for 5,00 €.
It depends where you are! For Germany you could receive your order within 2 to 3 days. EU 4 to 5 days and the rest of the world 5+ days.
ORDERSCan I cancel my order?
Yes, you are free to cancel your order if it wasn't shipped yet. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can assist you.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can hopefully change your order before it gets shipped. You can also call the customer service on +49 01627782047 if it's urgent.
Yes, we have a Click + Collect service! Simply choose the "Local Pickup-Bielefeld " option in the checkout. We will send you then a confirmation e-mail with the timing and address to pick up your product.
